Mike Mullen
Michael has a unique experience in successfully handling personal injury claims. For the first seven (7) years of practicing law, Michael defended insurance companies against all personal injury claims, including, but not limited to, motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and medical malpractice. He gained an intimate knowledge of how the insurance industry evaluates claims based on this experience. Nine (9) years ago, Michael decided to focus his practice exclusively on representing clients who have been injured. The insight Michael obtained from representing insurance companies is utilized on a daily basis in representing his injured clients.
Michael is an aggressive attorney who never stops representing his clients. He makes every effort to know his clients personally, and treats them with the dignity and respect that they deserve. He has an impressive track record in settling his clients' claims. Further, he is definitely not afraid of the courtroom. Michael's success record in the courtroom is also very impressive. He fights for the rights of his clients with an amazing amount of energy and vigor.
Michael was born in Delaware County, Pennsylvania and currently resides in South Philadelphia. He has lived in the Philadelphia region his entire life. He has represented clients in the Courts of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Delaware County, Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Chester County.
Michael graduated from the Villanova University School of Law in 1997 with honors as an executive board member of Villanova's outstanding Moot Court Honor Society. He graduated from Gettysburg College in 1993 cum laude, and with further honors from the political science department.
Michael is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, and at the federal level in the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Michael A. Ruiz
Michael A. Ruiz, has been a member of our law firm since 2010. He has been instrumental in effectively representing our client base while helping us expand our book of business. Mr. Ruiz is a member of Attorneys' Title Fund Services, LLC. as a title agent. He has represented a variety of clients from big businesses at the closing table to opposing some of the largest entities in the state of Florida and the country for injuries our clients sustained due to negligence.
In 2009 he served as a certified legal intern in the St. Thomas University School of Law Immigration Clinic. Client management, court room skills, and familiarity with complex immigration issues (that touch a significant portion of our South Florida community) were lessons learned throughout this experience. In 2008 he represented his law school in the Florida Supreme Court Internship for Distinguished Law Students. As a judicial intern he received a real world look at the appellate process and the inner workings of Florida’s highest court.
Mr. Ruiz was an active member of the law school’s community during his time in law school. He was a member of both the law review and the moot court team. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Ruiz is a member of the Florida bar and the New Jersey bar.
Mr. Ruiz is also active within the South Florida community volunteering his time to teach basic civics and government to school age children.
